Peggy Shier

Peggy has experience developing finance teams and contributing to process improvements that meet evolving business models. As the Finance Manager at Mosaic Potash Colonsay for nine years, she has a track record of leading change initiatives and strategic IT projects. Prior to that, she held financial and management roles within global research for Alcan Inc. (now Rio Tinto) and Novelis Inc.

Peggy is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant and has a Master of Business Administration degree from Queen’s University. She joined North Atlantic Potash’s Management Team as Chief Financial Officer in October 2018.
