About North Atlantic Potash
North Atlantic Potash currently holds 9 Mining Leases and 1 Permit in the Saskatchewan potash district covering an area of 484,401 acres (196,030 HA).
Our business was established in early 2008 through the acquisition of potash permits which have been evaluated in order to allocate the best locations for developing a potash mine.
Over this time, we have done extensive geological analysis on our permits and have identified areas for further development:
- Albany Project southeast of Regina - solution mining
- Foam Lake Project - conventional mining
North Atlantic Potash benefits from the professional skills and over 30 years of potash experience of our CEO, David Waugh, and our main shareholder, PJSC Acron, which is one of the largest NPK (nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium) fertilizer producer in the world.
PJSC Acron is a potential purchaser of future output, and has a well-established global fertilizer distribution network.
